Currently accepting new patients - I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has worked for over 11 years for the state of Utah working directly with families encountering abuse and neglect. In addition, I have worked with adolescents and adults for over 8 years addressing issues related to trauma, suicide, substance abuse, and interpersonal skills via individual and family counseling. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, addictions, anger, violence, and abuse.

I utilize evidence-based practices to include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have worked with adults, adolescents, families, and groups. I believe that therapy is a tool used to empower patients to create the most successful life worth living.

I use a non-judgmental approach that is direct, honest, respectful, and collaborative. I believe every patient is capable of self-discovery and growth through professional guidance. It is a privilege to work with clients as they navigate new ways of empowerment and healing.
