I have a special interest in working with clients dealing with the effects of trauma. Through various treatment modalities I assist the client in navigating the impacts of trauma with the goal of returning to a healthy level of normalcy for you. Additionally, I enjoy working with couples and families. As an Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) I strive to help couples and families to identify negative interactional cycles with each other and re-establish feelings of safety. I also have experience working with adolescents and children (7 and up).
