As far back as I can remember, I have been interested in relationship building, healing, and the exquisite complexity of the human mind. I’ve endeavored to understand the roots of suffering and I’ve searched extensively–reading countless books, inquiring with experienced teachers, and attending a variety of trainings–for the tools to help people find their way out of life’s darkness, and into peace and aliveness.
Some of my favorite tools for healing include mindfulness, somatic awareness, Brainspotting, Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Emotion-focused therapy, parts work, and Heartmath regulation techniques.
Above all, I feel that creating a safe space through attunement and compassion is the key to helping clients connect with greater fulfillment in their lives. My hope is that every person who walks through my door can come to a place of unencumbered self-expression eventually, but most importantly, I want you to feel it's ok to show up just as you are.
