As a clinician, I believe in taking a strengths-based approach to help you figure out how to become the best version of yourself. To do this, I incorporate elements of rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), choice theory, and positive psychology in our sessions.
We will work together to help you overcome your struggles. I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their life. I also believe that *everyone* deserves the chance to try to find happiness. Regardless of where you come from, or where you are going, let's take the first step together to help you get there.
