About
Before I start, I want you to know that you are not broken beyond repair, you are not too damaged, and you seeking help says more about your strength than anything else. Being on Psychology Today is a massive first step, and even if it is not with me, I genuinely hope you continue to reach out to professionals on here to get the help you deserve. That being said, I offer online sessions for anyone in the state of Texas, as well as in-person sessions in Carrolton. My ideal client is anyone who is willing to be honest, genuine, and vulnerable about the struggles and concerns occurring in their life.
As a person-centered counselor, the biggest thing I aim to offer with each new client is a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about whatever it is that you need to process. Although I will see anyone who is brave enough to seek help, my areas of focus are men's issues, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, loss, LGBTQIA+, and chronic pain.
If you are currently in the middle of a dark or challenging period in your life, my hope is that we can work together so that you do not have to go through this alone. You can beat this, and I would love to help you do that. If you are interested in getting a session set up, you can reach me via email or phone depending on what you are more comfortable with.
