We'll discuss how to create boundaries and advocate for your needs within all relationships. Lastly we'll tackle any depression, substance use, loneliness or anxiety in your world with tangible, every day strategies.
I became a therapist because I genuinely believe people can live with intention, finding calm, balance and happiness in their activities and relationships. I can work with you to build your balance, be at ease with your decisions and find hope in tomorrow. I use a mix of CBT and Mindfulness along with Relational and Existential therapies in my practice.
