My non-traditional life path, leaving Stanford and Facebook to become an immigrant, social entrepreneur, and Outward Bound leader, gives me a unique lens into both high achievement and life transitions. As a father & husband, I also understand the complex reality of balancing impact with personal connection. Whether you are a professional, academic, artist, or entrepreneur, the work of therapy is to break old patterns and build a steadier, more connected life where impact and soul align.
I believe real change happens when we feel both deeply supported and appropriately challenged. With me, you can expect warmth, psychological rigor, and the occasional well-placed push. By combining practicality with depth, we can understand and truly address the internal conflict success often hides, be it relational distance, anxiety, addiction or burnout.
I’ve lived in the tech, academic, and athletics worlds and know what it’s like to perform well while quietly struggling. I became a therapist to walk through that gap with others. In our first session, I’ll simply ask what’s on your mind and we'll go from there. You’ll get a feel for how I work, and we’ll see if we are a fit.
