At one time or another, we all find ourselves stuck. We end up burdened by depression, loss, or anxiety. Our relationships become mired in conflict and disconnection. We feel the life we want is out of reach. As a therapist, my goal is to help you get unstuck and step into the life you want. I provide therapy to individuals and couples that is engaging, caring, practical, and applicable to your life and goals. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and life transition issues. I also have training and experience supporting clients with issues related to spirituality or purpose.
If you and your partner want to work on your relationship, I have specific training in couples therapy and experience helping partners improve their connection, reduce fighting, and recover from affairs and other wounds to the relationship.
