With over three decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed approach to every client I work with. As a retired school social worker and specialist in crisis intervention, I have spent my career supporting individuals and families through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. My work is rooted in the belief that through crisis comes opportunity, and that healing is possible at any age.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families and specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and deeply supportive. Together, we will explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and strengths.
