Some people come to therapy because everything feels like it's falling apart: a relationship, their health, a sense of who they are. My work is unhurried. Drawing on Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and ACT, we listen to the parts of you that learned to manage, achieve, or stay quiet, and ask what they've been guarding. This is slower than symptom management. It's about becoming legible to yourself and recovering a self that doesn't need defending to feel whole.
