My approach integrates mindfulness-based interventions, somatic awareness, and expressive arts modalities into his practice, drawing on my background in visual arts to support clients in accessing non-verbal and creative forms of emotional processing. My clinical style emphasizes authenticity, collaboration, and the therapeutic relationship.
Our services are tailored to meet you where you are — emotionally, developmentally, and culturally. As a nonprofit agency, we accept most major insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare Part B, and offer a sliding fee scale - so finances are not a barrier to getting help.
