What I call the "lay all the puzzle pieces out on the table and flip them right side up" approach. After that a picture starts forming that helps guide the rest of treatment in order to see the big picture.
Improving family relationships, raising children with difficult behaviors, and thriving through the grind of life is what makes me excited about being a therapist. I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and other models. I have seen these approaches change lives that would not seem possible at first.
