I believe humans are born with natural instincts for belonging, connection, and communion—across friendships, family, and intimate relationships. Life’s experiences, culture, and belief systems shape how those instincts develop, and pain or disruption along the way can undermine our capacity to give and receive love. When coping strategies become short-term fixes, they often produce longer-term consequences that make connection feel unsafe or confusing. I help clients make what is unclear clear by listening to their story and holding a steady, nonjudgmental presence. In a culture that is hyperconnected but often disconnected.
My approach integrates person-centered and humanistic principles with cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral (DBT) techniques, alongside narrative and Gestalt methods. I focus on identifying gaps and inconsistencies in life stories, processing grief or trauma that may weigh people down, and building practical skills for emotional regulation,
It is my honor to accompany people on their journey toward greater clarity, balance, and connection. I offer a warm, respectful, and evidence-informed space where you can explore your inner and outer world, strengthen healthy patterns, and reclaim the ability to live and love with less shame, fear, and doubt.

I help individuals coping with depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, substance use, relational conflict (dating, couples, spouses), loss, trauma, and major life changes. I typically use CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and gestalt therapy with my clients. In the first session I typically like to define how I see what therapy is and how you frame and understand what it is. Then through narrative therapy one most often begins to define the problem/problems they are facing consciously or unconsciously. After identification delving into the treatment styles follows.
