I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. Together, we can explore what’s happening in your life, what you need, and what healing and growth could look like for you.
I have over four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges including neurodivergence, relational concerns, and life transitions. I work from a trauma-informed lens and incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, continuing to learn and grow, meeting each client where they are & tailor therapy to their needs.
I take therapy seriously, but I also believe it can include laughter, lightness, and a little silliness. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself while moving toward the life and relationships you want. I am currently offering the first four sessions pro bono for couples and families.

Regulate, Relate, Repair
Regulate, Relate, Repair is a supportive parenting group for parents of children ages 12 - 17. Together, we'll explore emotional regulation, communication, family and marital stress, healthy boundaries, and mental health while building practical skills for navigating the challenges of parenting teens. This group offers a welcoming space to connect with other parents, feel supported, and strengthen relationships at home. Sessions are held weekly and are virtual!
