Hi, I'm Mati. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) neurodivergent-affirming counselor. I'm also an Adult Third Culture Kid, and know personally what it is like to navigate between cultures, languages, and homes, as well as rebuilding life after huge changes. I use evidenced-based strategies that you can choose from to use in ways that feel right for you.
