I provide therapy for people who struggle with obsessive thoughts and/or compulsions, various forms of anxiety, life adjustments, trauma, depression and more. I love working with people who are motivated and committed to their therapy journey. I offer perspectives and trauma informed care along with interventions when appropriate.
I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental therapy space, where you can share your thoughts and process experiences in a safe environment.
I tend to work more with OCD & anxiety. I offer ERP interventions and CBT, and am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), meaning I use a trauma informed approach in my work.
