My practice is one that lives within two philosophies— meeting you where you are and finding a place of supportive confrontation. You have a story, and my goal is to navigate through that narrative collaboratively and with curiosity while emphasizing your unique strengths. The supportive confrontation is a challenge to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Often, attempting something new and facing a fear can inspire change, and that's where we begin our work together. Our sessions are a commitment to bravery when investigating those external and internal influences that slow or prevent the change process from occuring.
My unique specialty is analyzing the intersection of trauma and queerness. I've worked with multiple populations including LGBTQ+, varying spiritual beliefs, and diverse racial identities. I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, substance misuse, behavioral addictions, OCD, and personality disorders.
