I’m Mathew, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and six year Air Force war veteran who has supported individuals and couples for 9 years. I specialize in military culture, and my approach combines Solution Focused Brief Therapy with an emphasis on empowerment, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, so we’ll start by clarifying what you want to change and develop a clear plan that balances short-term coping strategies with deeper work to address root causes.
I’ve helped clients overcome anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress management, relationship concerns, and reintegration into society after separating from the military. If you’ve tried therapy before and felt stuck, I’ll work with you to identify what didn’t fit previously and adjust our approach.
