Understanding who you are and what you truly want from life is foundational work. When you are looking to build a more integrated, whole sense of self, the traditional therapy office isn't always the right fit. My practice is built on a different approach. I work alongside my clients to foster deep self-exploration by blending Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a framework for understanding and harmonizing your internal world—with the physical reality of the outdoors. Nature therapy recognizes that our environment directly impacts our internal state, providing a dynamic, living space to process your experiences.
I offer a wraparound approach including individual, couples, and group work. I am a licensed IFS Level 2 therapist, and I also integrate Narrative and Solution-Focused therapy into our work. While remote sessions are available, our in-person work takes place outdoors along the West Branch Mill River. We also offer retreats and groups for providers and teens.
I know from personal and professional experience that getting out into nature, engaging in creative expression, and grounding ourselves in movement creates a highly durable, reliable foundation for healing.
