Throughout my years in practice I have worked with youth and families experiencing high stress, extreme conflict, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, poor communication, trauma, abuse of many kinds, and other issues. Through working together with me, these clients eventually gained insight and found meaning to their lives.
Working with any client gives me joy, but student-athletes have a special place in my heart. Having experienced what it takes to be a student-athlete myself from middle school, high school, community college, and a division one university I understand the stress and complications that come with it.
