About

We are a mental health and wellness center specialized in reproductive health psychology. We offer therapy for individuals and couples, support groups, and massage (therapeutic, fertility & prenatal) and birth classes. The counterbalance to pain, suffering and shame is honesty, community and healing. Therapy, 'the talking cure', is a supported experience, and is proven to be particularly helpful with acquiring insight into situations, while learning to listen to what the the mind and body is telling us. Over time you will gain strength and courage to make the changes necessary to bring relief, and live the life that you long for.
The journey of becoming a parent is a significant developmental life-stage. It can evoke powerful emotions, changes in relationships, and questions about oneself. It is an all-encompassing experience that is filled with incredible joys, but also baffling contradictions and challenges. Expert care during this time is invaluable.
