I am a clinician that works exclusively with folks who have experienced Perinatal Trauma, those who may be navigating Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and bereavement with pregnancy or infant loss. Growing a family can be full of twists, turns, ups and downs, often creating heartache, grief, depression, trauma, anxiety and a whole host of other challenges before during and after a baby. I work to meet my clients where they are in their journey. I will walk beside you, empower and support you and your family in reaching your goals, whatever that looks like.
I use an integrated approach to working with the Perinatal population. I rely heavily on EMDR for trauma treatment, I take a person-centered approach in meeting my clients where they are nonjudgmentally, and I integrate my experience and love for DBT skills to address day to day challenges in living with practical skills.
