Current Waitlist through January. I work with individuals who are on a journey toward self-compassion and living more fully as their authentic selves. Many individuals I work with have experienced early life trauma, religious trauma, or are looking to work through relationship attachments, social anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and interpersonal challenges.
We can work together to find ways to create greater balance in your life, and care for all parts of yourself. I offer sessions both in-person in Knoxville, TN or via telehealth throughout Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia between 8am-2pm EST on weekdays.
I am a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist, and I can join you on your journey to reparent yourself, unmask, and offer compassion and curiosity to all parts of yourself before moving toward change. I offer both EMDR therapy and IFS informed therapy.
