Do you ever feel overwhelmed for no clear reason? Like everyone else has it figured out and you’re just trying to keep up? Or maybe you feel alone in what you’re going through, even when you’re surrounded by people? Life can feel like a lot, especially when you’re juggling relationships, family, social pressure, or just trying to figure out who you are. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally drained, or isolated, you don’t have to go through it alone. So many people feel this way, even if it doesn’t always look like it from the outside.

My goal is to make therapy a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and talk about real life without judgment. I use a collaborative, individualistic approach and work with you to create a plan that fits your life. I support clients ages 12+ through anxiety, depression, past experiences and trauma, and life transitions.
