Are you a woman in your 40s, 50s, or wiser, standing at a crossroads—navigating change, grief, or a quiet (or not-so-quiet) restlessness within? Maybe you've spent years caring for others, building a career, or holding everything together, and now something inside is asking: What about me?
I work with women who are ready to turn inward—to reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, and rediscover the wisdom and strength they’ve always carried. As a mother of five who’s lived through many seasons, I understand how challenging—and deeply meaningful—this journey can be.

No one gets through life unscathed. Whether you are struggling with daily anxiety, questions around your purpose in life, historical trauma or disordered eating, therapy can be immensely helpful. These are some of the many areas I specialize in. The ideal therapy incorporates a combination of feeling safe enough with your therapist to examine all the different parts of yourself and feeling challenged by your therapist to ask questions, pause and reflect, feel your feelings and take action that is different from your default way of being.

Midday openings are available at this time!
I work with adult clients who want to use expressive arts therapy and therapeutic humor in addition to traditional talk therapy to help overcome the obstacles that are keeping them from living their best life. This approach can benefit those who have experienced trauma, are struggling with depression or anxiety, or would like a new way of coping with ADHD. There is no need to be an artist to reap the many benefits of expressive arts therapy!
Note: Most days, I am accompanied by my bunny, Molly, as we prepare to offer Animal-Assisted Therapy eventually.

When was the last time that you felt truly listened to, heard & understood? You more than likely talk to many people throughout your day but how often are you making connections with others that feel truly authentic? Many people are currently feeling isolated even when surrounded by others because they do not have someone in their life creating a welcoming and safe space that allows them to feel comfortable enough to share their worries & struggles. Therapy can be this place, where building a trusting relationship with a compassionate practitioner can allow you to feel seen & can support improvements in your health & well-being.

I specialize in providing affordable therapy specifically for teachers. Teachers are notoriously burned out, stressed, and they turn over at an alarmingly high rate. We have come a long way in the time and attention we pay to the social and emotional learning of our students. It’s time to do the same with our teachers. Whether teachers are navigating challenges in their personal or professional lives, I am here to support their mental health and well-being.
