Mainly I find that most of us experience some sort of interruption in our lives. These interruptions can be addictions, losses, toxic relationships, difficult decisions, traumatic situations or can take many other shapes and forms throughout life. It is my belief that it is through these interruptions, that people often seek counseling and support. No one should have to travel through life alone.
