Maybe things have been feeling more frustrating or just harder than they should. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work with children, teens, young adults, men, new fathers, and families who want support navigating emotions, relationships, behaviors, or major life changes. I have a special passion for adoption and foster care, neurodivergence, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), trauma, substance use, and anger. Therapy with me is a space to be yourself, talk about what’s actually going on, and feel understood without judgment.

Therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself, not just a place to talk about what’s “wrong.” I look beyond behaviors to understand what’s really going on underneath. Using CBT, DBT skills, MI, sand tray, and play-based approaches, I help clients better understand their emotions and handle life’s challenges.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Come as you are, and we’ll figure out what comes next together.
