My approach is straightforward. I help people make difficult changes using a blend of evidence-based practices and individualized techniques drawn from 30+ years of experience. Good therapy results in change, and that's what we'll focus on. I specialize in couples therapy, relationship issues, individual therapy for anxiety, addiction, habit change, trauma/PTSD using EMDR or trauma-focused CBT, and sexually problematic behavior. I work with teens, families, adults & couples experiencing a variety of concerns. I don't just provide therapy from a book; I try to give my clients much more than what they could get from a Google search.

Anxiety, substance abuse, breaking negative habits, difficult-to-reach teens, sexually problematic behavior, anger/aggression, and parental and relationship therapy are the highlights.
