Therapy doesn’t have to suck, and you don’t have to drag yourself through change. Most of my clients feel like they're basically doing well, but that “one thing" keeps showing up, and at some point, they got a sense that it was finally time to get this thing sorted out. Like them, maybe you feel stuck, frustrated by habits and patterns in your life or relationships, pulled down by depression or buzzing with anxiety, overwhelmed by emotions, or totally numb. Whatever it is, we're not just trying to put you under a microscope. I'm a real human being, and I really believe that together, we can create meaningful change in your life.

I work with unconscious core beliefs and blocked feelings. These coping patterns often (but not always) start with difficult experiences in childhood; they can look like depression, people-pleasing, being "needy" or avoidant, shutting down/disconnecting from the people you care about, sudden anger, sadness, shame, negative self-talk, addictions, and more.

Reaching out takes courage, but change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
