I specialize in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, including those with ADHD and autism. Many clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, misunderstood, or stuck after years of masking or self-criticism. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, or a major life transition, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and help you feel more confident, resilient, and authentically yourself.
My approach integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation and executive functioning skills, build healthy boundaries, and develop practical strategies that align with your values, strengths, and the way your brain works.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. I provide a warm, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming space where you can feel understood, build practical coping strategies, and explore meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, self-understanding, and a stronger connection with yourself.
