I am trained in EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), a highly effective tool for coping with and healing trauma.
In session I provide an experience for you where you are heard, and given honest reflection and insight. We focus on increased self-awareness, breaking old habits, and learning new ways of relating. I love working with young adults, teens, couples and also tend to particularly connect with women learning to find their voice.
