It takes courage and vulnerability to be able to talk to a total stranger who may become a trusted counselor aiding in your healing from trauma. It takes self-love, strength, and self-empowerment to witness yourself on a new journey in your life. Many of my clients in the past 24 years were both women, men seeking healing from childhood trauma, domestic violence (DV), codependency and mood/emotional disorders. I also work with diverse LGBTQIA+ populations.I work with teenagers, individuals, and couples. Healing and transformation can be a hard work. You do not have to feel alone. I use humanistic/cognitive therapy, DBT mindfulness approach. I provide counseling for those who suffer from PTSD, BPD, BP, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender issues. I also work with our military. Let's create safe space to navigate complex feelings, learn coping skills to empower yourself to navigate the difficulty and celebrations of every day life.
