Music is everything for you. Whether you are a musician, songwriter, dancer, or just have a deep connection to the music you listen to, music has always been there. Music catches you, meets you where you're at, helps you make sense of the world around you. Whether you're a young person exploring your identity, LGBTQIA+, autistic/neurodivergent, etc.; a young adult processing complex trauma or grief; or you're a new parent navigating role changes inherent to parenthood and postpartum mental health... music therapy can help you as you find your way (back) to your most authentic self.

As a board-certified music therapist, my role is to encourage you to meet yourself in the music. This may look like making music through improvisation, songwriting/beat creation, or re-creating beloved songs; or diving into how you use music for emotion regulation and meaning making in your life.

Maybe you're a creative person with a deep love for your pristinely put together playlists. Maybe you're a musician who eats and breathes music. Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

I offer self-pay at this time with a self-selected sliding-scale of $80-$110 per 60 minute session. I typically work on a weekly or biweekly basis with folks but happy to be flexible on timing. For group fees, please reach out for more info.
