As a therapist, I create a safe and supportive atmosphere for you to explore your unique concerns. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I work with adults, teens, and children. I also work with couples and families on creating healthy communication and more fulfilling home lives. Another area of specialty is healing from trauma and abuse. As your therapist I will assist you in developing a more fulfilling life while you build new pathways for positive change.
My approach allows genuine support, while gaining confidence and fulfillment as we work to develop your unique strengths and talents. Valuing a holistic approach to therapy, I utilize guided imagery, hypnosis, progressive relaxation, Brainspotting and the Emotional Freedom Technique. I also use art therapy to aid healing from trauma.
I have approximately 20 years of experience in working with all ages. I have experience in various settings to include hospitals, in-home therapy, community clinics, group homes, and shelter settings. I also have a background in holistic healing through nutrition and herbology and am a licensed massage therapist.
