As your therapist, I create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your unique concerns and goals. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing challenges with daily management of ADHD, neurodivergence, high sensitivity (HSPs), creativity, mood/anxiety management, and those in need of recovery from narcissistic abuse or familial alcoholism. I will aid you in gaining knowledge and tools for healthier communication and healing from past or present trauma. Other concerns addressed include abuse, challenging relationship dynamics, parenting, divorce, separation, and/or broader challenges in familial relationships.
I value the dignity and worth of each individual and your unique lived-experience. My approach allows for your empowerment, as we move towards development of new skills and self-care practices. Valuing a holistic approach to therapy, we will utilize mind/body approaches alongside cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I have diverse, valued experience in working with all ages in a variety of settings to include community mental health centers, group homes, hospitals, shelters, schools, and client homes in WV, PA, MD, FL, & GA.
