I have been working in the field of mental health for many years. I enjoy working with clients with substance use issues, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma ,grief and coping with life changes . I have worked with the general public as well as working with our veterans for 12 years. I am a warm, compassionate human being who believes in the healing power of laughter and tears. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
