I integrate 35 years of clinical experience, 39 years of mindfulness/insight meditation and philosophy, and the exciting new field of neuroscience into my work.
My approach combines cognitive/behavioral therapy, anxiety reduction/ mindfulness training, coaching, and authentic relating. I am engaged, effective and collaborative. Much of what we do in life involves relating with others. Many of my clients are in partnerships and learning to deal with inherent differences that cause so much hurt and unhappiness.
