The various approaches used in the therapeutic space at Sacred Path Wellness integrates holistic interventions with a specific focus on addressing depression/mood dysregulation, anxiousness, life transitions, challenges specific to
Black
women, high conflict/stress and various forms of trauma where difficult internal patterns/beliefs have formed as a result.
The path we walk in our lives can be steep, slippery, and chaotic at times. The mission of Sacred Path Wellness is to provide a safe space to explore and heal the emotional burdens we carry that can often lead to disharmony within. Allowing the space for exploration, restoration, and coming to know these parts of yourself that carry these burdens in your life (whether that is shame/guilt, pain, loss, traumas, feelings of worthlessness, overwhelming sadness, anxiousness/stress, perfectionism, fears and/or others), we can often grow free to move through the path of our lives as we are meant to, fulfilled and with peace.
