I graduated in 2017 from the George Washington University with a Master’s degree in
Forensic Psychology
and then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University.
As a counselor, I strive to connect with my clients by creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. I work with clients to help them set achievable goals, improve communication skills, and identify their strengths. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and older adults . During counseling sessions, I utilize a variety of techniques, including CBT, ACT, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to help clients work through issues related to grief, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.
