I work with individuals ages 13+, couples, parents and families, struggling with a variety of concerns including stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, prenatal and postpartum challenges, substance abuse and relationship distress. With my training, I use a holistic approach to address the whole self- mind, body and spirit.
