I’m currently accepting new clients! Trauma and Grief can affect us in various ways, sometimes without us even realizing; however, we often sense something is amiss. My mission has been to create a supportive environment where clients can work through their difficulties, recognize their strengths, and begin living the life they desire. In a non-judgmental setting, we’ll explore challenges, develop goals, and start making the healthy changes you seek.
With nearly two decades of experience in the therapeutic field, I’ve learned that each individual is the expert of their own life and my training equips me to assist clients in identifying and overcoming challenges. I have experience working with adults and adolescents.
Beyond trauma and grief, I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, and behavioral difficulties. My trainings includes CBT, TF-CBT, and EFT tapping. I’ve also found joy in collaborating with other therapists as a therapist for therapists, supporting fellow supporters.
