Does your child engage in frequent tantrums, have behavior issues at school and/or home, cutting, or have social skill deficits? Are the difficulties you or your child face impacting school or job performance, peer relationships, social engagement, or family involvement? Are fears or phobias taking over? Whether you or your child struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, problem behaviors, obsessions or compulsions, mood fluctuations, trauma, or other issues, you should know that you are not alone and there is hope for a better tomorrow.

I take a blended therapeutic approach in my practice and individualize treatment based on each person's needs, strengths, and goals. I have worked for over 15 years with children, adolescents, and adults showing problem behaviors, frustrated parents wanting solutions, and individuals who feel overwhelmed with worry, trauma, or stress.

I have extensive experience and am the only therapist in Canton licensed as a mental health counselor and also behavior analyst. Special interests include non-suicidal self injury/cutting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, autism, trauma, anger management, mindfulness, behavior analysis, providing training or supervision to others, and thought leadership opportunities.
