I believe therapy should be as individual as the person seeking it. There is no "one size fits all" approach, and I tailor my methods to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Together, we will work collaboratively to identify and address the challenges you're facing, whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, womens health, intergenerational or family trauma, life transitions, career challenges, or managing overwhelming stress.
My approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Person-Centered Therapy — all viewed through a holistic lens. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to support and guide you in achieving your personal goals.
After our initial session, you will have a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process and leave with a focused plan and set of goals we will explore together in future sessions.
