Maybe you’re here because you are looking for something for yourself or someone else. It can take a lot of courage to start counseling for the first time or start with a new counselor. I believe connecting with your counselor is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. I currently work with people who are struggling with some part of their lives and use a substance to help them cope or even just to feel normal. I also have a special space for those who have suffered loss or are experiencing grief.
I primarily work with mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide a safe space for you to work through your current life circumstances. We will address issues with physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual health as relevant to your personal situation.
