My clients typically have had to process overwhelming life experiences alone for most of their lives and are ready to receive more care and support. They've lost trust in themselves, others, and the world around them. I specialize in helping survivors of trauma (sexual, physical, emotional, verbal, spiritual) heal. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ptsd, or major life changes as a result of these experiences, you don't have to hold it alone anymore.

I am here to help you process emotions, reframe your perspective, develop your strengths, and teach tools to eliminate symptoms. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore all the ways you’ve learned to survive while also making space for new ways of living. You'll learn to ground in the present and create an authentic life.

I use a combination of EMDR, IFS, CBT and AEDP (attachment & relational therapy) to help you heal. It's important to me that we connect and you feel safe enough to ask all of your questions.
