Are you feeling stuck and not sure what to do? I am a licensed counselor with an empathetic counseling approach either in person or virtually to help you feel empowered. I have helped many work through their trauma by understanding their different parts within and processing stuck thoughts and emotions using EMDR. I will teach you effectively how to regulate and communicate your needs and wants so that you can handle things in a better frame of mind. I also work with couples using emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help them understand their emotions, improve communication and build stronger relationships.

I will help you build a foundation by recognizing and being more aware of your emotions and understanding the internal parts of yourself better. Personally I have dealt with divorce, blended families and grief and have been able to help clients navigate the complexities of those situations in a more effective way.

As a counselor I provide an nonjudgmental approach and work with my clients to build a trusting environment. My focus is to help individuals and couples heal, feel energized, and become aware of their inner strength. These tools will empower you in gaining control of your life.
