Throughout therapy process I assist my clients in overcoming their difficulties in life, reaching their full potential, learning to accept themselves, and become authentic. My therapeutic style is a warm, unconditionally accepting, and supportive engagement with each individual on the thrilling journey to better understand who he/she really is, processing and letting go of the burdens carried from the past, identifying one's strengths, bolstering personal growth and change.
I specialize in treating trauma. I help to address unresolved trauma and its present symptoms which can be masked under depression, anxiety, anger, illnesses, relationship issues etc. I utilized somatic-based therapies: Gestalt, EMDR, Brainspotting. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic harm and risk reduction.
I focus on healing trauma because I believe it's the root of most mental health issues if not all. I believe that somatic-based therapies in combination with spiritual practices are the most effective tools for trauma recovery as they help us to access our biological capacity to adapt and heal.
