Neurodiversity Group
This group is facilitated by me and Nido IFT. Emotional safety and respect are my priority as we build this space together. This is a process-oriented group, which means there will not be teaching or therapy led interventions. Instead, it will focus on the experience together, sharing with one another, and making connections. The intention for this group is to provide an environment for group members to share about their neurodivergent experiences, relate to others, and have the opportunity to build community in an environment that is celebratory and embracing uniqueness rather than promoting masking or perpetuating harm.
