I am a couples therapist in California specializing in how ADHD, anxiety, attachment wounds, and emotional stress show up in relationships. I use Gottman Method couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), two of the most researched approaches to couples therapy, to help couples understand the cycle underneath their conflict. I specialize in relationships affected by ADHD, anxiety, attachment wounds, shutdown, defensiveness, and communication breakdowns.
