I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, with 30 years of experience counseling adults, teens, and children seeking help with anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and trauma. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of MD, University College, and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University in Towson, MD.
I specialize in the creative use of games, art, and music to help clients develop insight into their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I am flexible in doing “whatever works” to best meet the needs of my clients. I often give homework on self-help activities and encourage participation in the therapeutic activities during sessions.
